The waitlists really depend on the school, so SDN is your best bet for figuring out how much movement there is/could be. This link from AMCAS can tell you how long the waitlists usually are at all of the schools and how many people typically get off the waitlist. Historically, the major movement tends to be after the PTE deadline in early May.
